Creating a MySQL database and user Print

1. Open cPanel → Manage My Databases (or Database Wizard for a guided setup).
2. Create a new database, e.g. shop. cPanel adds your username as a prefix.
3. Under MySQL Users, create a user with a strong password.
4. Under Add User To Database, pick the user and database and grant ALL PRIVILEGES.

Use localhost as the database host in your application's settings. You can manage tables with phpMyAdmin.
