We migrate websites, databases and email accounts from your previous host free of charge on every hosting plan.

How to request a migration

1. Order a hosting plan and choose "I will use my existing domain".
2. Open a ticket in the Technical Support department with the subject "Migration request".
3. Share your old hosting login (cPanel preferred) or a full backup file. Please use the ticket — never send passwords by plain email.

What happens next

• We copy your files, databases and mailboxes and test the site on our servers.
• We tell you when to switch nameservers. Because the old site keeps running until then, there is usually no downtime.
• After the switch, change your passwords for security.
