Managing DNS records (A, CNAME, MX, TXT) Print

1. Open cPanel → Zone Editor and click Manage next to your domain.
2. Click + Add Record and choose the type:
   • A — points a name to an IP address.
   • CNAME — points a name to another hostname (e.g. for Shopify or verification).
   • MX — sends email for the domain to a mail server.
   • TXT — verification, SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
3. Save. Most changes work within minutes; some networks cache up to the record's TTL.

Domains registered with us but hosted elsewhere can be managed from Client Area → Domains → Manage DNS.
