Thank you for choosing ALTN Hosting. Here is how to get your website and email live in a few minutes.
1. Check your welcome email
As soon as your order is activated you receive a Hosting Account Welcome email from billing@altnhosting.com with your cPanel username, the nameservers and useful links. Keep it safe.
2. Point your domain to us
If you registered your domain with us, this is done automatically. If your domain is with another registrar, change its nameservers to:
- ns1.serverhostgroup.com
- ns2.serverhostgroup.com
- ns3.serverhostgroup.com
DNS changes can take up to 24 hours to spread worldwide (usually much less).
3. Log in to cPanel
Go to Client Area → Services → your hosting plan → Login to cPanel. No separate password is needed.
4. Build your website
Install WordPress in one click from WordPress Manager by Softaculous, or upload your own files with File Manager. WordPress plans come with WordPress already installed.
5. Create your email accounts
Open cPanel → Email Accounts to create addresses like you@yourdomain.in.
